Warranty Coverage Details:

  1. What is covered?

    The Guard Pal warranty covers screen repairs regardless of how the incident occurred.

    Items and issues we cover include:

    Accidental or intentional damage.

    Damage from misuse, negligence or failure to perform proper maintenance.

    Cosmetic damage to the screen which does not affect the functionality of the item

  2. What is not covered?

    Accessories, including chargers and extension cables.

    Software issues or data, including viruses, spyware, lost or corrupted data or programs, etc.

    Any data stored on the phone prior to repair.

     

  3. Do I need to provide proof of purchase?

    No, in order to file a claim we do not require purchase receipts. We understand that sometimes your phone may be purchased as a second hand item without receipts, therefore it is not a requirement.

  4. How do I file a claim?

    To make filing a claim as easy as possible please follow these instructions.

    2. Log in using your email and a purchase number.
